You go to work.
We train
your dog.
Love your dog, but fed up with the pulling, jumping, selective hearing and endless enthusiasm?
Imagine dropping them off for professional training, enrichment and daycare while you get on with your day — then collecting a happy dog who’s enjoyed a fulfilling day of learning and activity.
Ten weekdays. Ninety minutes of structured training daily. Full-day daycare and managed play. €499 for the complete two-week programme.
We take on the daily training work. You get guidance to help carry those skills into life at home.
Want better manners without adding another appointment to your week?
You shouldn’t have to choose between a busy life and helping your dog learn useful skills.
Traditional group classes and private coaching are excellent options — but finding the time to teach, practise and repeat every new exercise isn’t always easy.
Dog School gives your friendly, sociable dog regular training sessions delivered by our team while they’re attending daycare.
That means daily opportunities to practise recall, lead walking, focus, polite greetings and the individual skills you most want to develop.
And once the school day is over, your dog goes home with you. No residential stay required!
We do the structured daytime teaching. You help keep the progress going at home.

Imagine what your dog’s school day could look like.
You drop your dog off for the day.
Our team delivers their structured training in suitable sessions across the day, working on useful skills rather than simply keeping them occupied.
Between training activities, your dog has opportunities for appropriate enrichment, supervised social play and rest.
You collect them after a fulfilling day, with the team helping you understand what they’ve been learning.
No separate evening classes. No overnight stay. A more convenient way to get consistent training underway.
Owners still need to maintain the skills through realistic home practice.
See the example curriculaNot just exercise. Not just training. The right balance.

Managed social play
Friendly, sociable dogs enjoy appropriate supervised interactions, with staff managing play, arousal and rest.
Enrichment and exploration
Mentally engaging activities and opportunities for healthy investigation, sniffing and suitable movement.
Rest is part of the plan
We balance learning and activity with quiet time, rather than trying to exhaust dogs through constant stimulation.
Personalised goals
We discuss the behaviours you’d like to improve and choose realistic priorities for your dog’s training plan.
Owner guidance
Progress information, videos and home-training guidance help you understand how to keep building on your dog’s learning.
Different dogs. Different ages. Different goals.
Your dog’s training priorities are chosen with your input, so we can focus on the everyday skills that matter most to your family.
We’ll look at your dog’s age, previous learning, temperament and current abilities, then develop an appropriate training plan for their two weeks at school.
Here are examples of what the curriculum may cover. We don’t simply put every dog through the same exercises.

Dog School is only for dogs who are already sociable.
Your dog MUST already be friendly, socially comfortable and safe with other dogs. This is essential because Dog School includes supervised daycare and managed social play.
We’re delighted to help dogs who are overexcited, impulsive or easily distracted. However, this is not a service for teaching fearful, reactive or aggressive dogs to tolerate other dogs.
Suitable candidates may include dogs who…
- Are friendly and sociable with unfamiliar dogs
- Already enjoy safe, appropriate social interaction
- Are excitable but manageable around other dogs
- Are easily distracted or enthusiastic
- Pull on the lead
- Jump up at people
- Need help with recall or everyday manners
- Have lots of energy and need structured activity
- Can cope comfortably with the daycare environment
Not suitable for dogs who…
- Show aggression towards people or dogs
- Are significantly fearful of unfamiliar dogs or people
- Are reactive in ways that make group care unsafe
- Have serious resource-guarding or bite-related concerns
- Display compulsive/OCD-type behaviours
- Have severe anxiety or other complex behavioural difficulties
- Cannot comfortably or safely participate in supervised daycare
- Need specialist clinical behaviour modification instead
From simple exercises to real-life distractions.
Training takes more than repeating a cue in one quiet room.
Our five-level training progression framework helps us adjust the challenge as your dog learns.
We begin with the foundations, build understanding through repetition, then introduce variation and suitable distractions when the dog is ready.
Some dogs progress quickly in certain exercises. Others benefit from spending more time building confidence and fluency.
Progress is individual, and no dog is expected to master every level within a fixed period.

Dog School Cork — Your questions answered
Everything you need to know about our done-for-you training, full-day daycare, suitability requirements and fixed two-week programme.
Does my dog HAVE to be sociable with other dogs?
Yes, absolutely. Your dog must already be friendly, sociable, safe and comfortable around other dogs.
Dog School includes daycare and supervised managed play, so suitability for this environment is an essential condition of enrolment.
It is not suitable for dogs who are aggressive, highly fearful or significantly reactive around other dogs. Every dog must pass our suitability process.
How much does Creedons Dog School cost?
The full two-week, 10-day programme costs €499.
This includes ten full days of daycare, 90 minutes of planned training daily, suitable managed play, enrichment, rest and home-training guidance.
How long is the Dog School programme?
It runs Monday to Friday for two consecutive weeks — ten scheduled weekdays in total.
How much training does my dog receive each day?
Dogs receive 90 minutes of structured training per school day, totalling 15 hours of planned training over the complete programme.
Training can be arranged in suitable sessions across the day, with appropriate breaks, rest and other activities.
Do I have to attend lessons with my dog?
No. Our team does the structured daytime training with your dog while they attend daycare.
You still need to understand and practise the skills at home so your dog learns that the same rules and cues apply outside school.
Can Dog School help an overexcited or hyperactive dog?
It can be suitable for energetic, friendly dogs who struggle with focus, manners and settling. We combine appropriate training, enrichment, activity and rest.
Dogs whose behaviour reflects significant fear, anxiety, compulsive behaviour or more complex concerns require a different assessment and are not suitable for this general training programme.
Can you help with lead pulling, jumping and recall?
Yes. Loose-lead walking, recall, polite greetings and responding around distractions are examples of training goals we can work towards.
We tailor the programme to your dog’s starting point and the priorities you agree with the trainer.
Can you help a dog who steals socks or other items?
For suitable everyday training cases, we can work on drop cues, cooperative exchanges and practical management.
Significant resource guarding or aggression around stolen objects is not suitable for Dog School.
Do puppies and adolescent dogs have different curricula?
Yes. We have example learning priorities for puppies and adolescent/adult dogs.
Puppy training may emphasise early foundations, recall, handling, confidence and polite greetings. Adolescent training may focus more heavily on lead walking, recall around distractions, calmness, focus and everyday manners.
Every curriculum is customised to the individual dog’s needs and abilities.
Can I choose what my dog learns?
Yes. Owners tell us their main training priorities, and we agree realistic goals based on the dog’s current skills, suitability and welfare needs.
Is daycare included in the €499 price?
Yes. The programme includes ten full days of daycare alongside the structured training sessions.
Will my dog get to play with other dogs?
Yes. The programme includes appropriate, staff-managed social play for approved dogs. Interactions are supervised, and staff adapt activities and breaks to the dogs’ needs.
Dogs must already be suitable for social group care before joining.
Will my dog come home tired?
Many dogs enjoy relaxing after a fulfilling day of training, enrichment and suitable activity.
Our aim is an appropriately enriched and content dog, not one pushed to exhaustion. We build in opportunities for rest.
What happens if my dog misses a day?
Dog School is booked as one fixed, consecutive two-week programme, rather than ten separate training or daycare appointments.
We reserve the dog’s place, trainer time and daycare capacity for all ten scheduled days. Under the standard programme terms, an individual missed day cannot be refunded, rescheduled, transferred to another programme or exchanged for another service.
Cancelling the full programme: Please notify us in writing at least 14 calendar days before Day 1 to request cancellation under the Dog School policy. Cancellation requests within 14 days of Day 1 are normally non-refundable because trainer time and daycare capacity are reserved, subject to applicable consumer rights and any statutory cancellation protections. Once the programme starts, missed individual days are non-refundable and non-transferable under the standard terms.
Please let us know if your dog cannot attend, particularly if they are ill or injured.
These terms do not affect any applicable statutory consumer rights.
How many days does my dog need to attend?
Ten days are included. We strongly recommend attendance on at least eight of the ten scheduled days (80%) to support consistent practice and learning progress.
Attendance alone does not guarantee a particular training outcome.
Can I transfer missed Dog School days to normal daycare?
No. The programme is sold as a fixed block, with trainer and daycare capacity reserved throughout. Missed individual days cannot be exchanged for ordinary daycare or a different training appointment under the standard programme terms, subject to statutory rights.
Can my dog join for just a few days?
Dog School is designed and priced as a complete ten-day programme, not a selection of separate drop-in training days.
Can dogs with aggression or fear attend?
No. Dogs with aggression, significant fear, severe reactivity, compulsive/OCD-type behaviours or other complex behavioural concerns are not suitable for this programme.
Dog School is intended for dogs who are already friendly and socially comfortable around other dogs.
What if my dog doesn’t pass the suitability assessment?
We will explain why Dog School is not the right fit and, where appropriate, discuss a different training or specialist support option. The dog’s safety and welfare always come first.
Will my dog be fully trained after two weeks?
No reputable training programme can guarantee a fully trained dog in a fixed period.
Dog School provides focused learning and practice, but results depend on your dog’s individual needs, previous experiences and continued consistency at home.
How is Dog School different from training classes?
With Dog School, the Creedons team delivers structured daily training while your dog attends daycare.
With our group classes or private training, owners attend and train directly alongside their dogs.
How do I enrol?
