Please note –

All services are fully refundable provided the client cancel, in writing, no less than 1 week prior to commencement date.

After this 1 week cut off date all services are non refundable and non transferrable.

Please note, if booking a class with multiple sessions, the cancellation must be made 1 week prior to the initial class to allow us time to fill the slot.

Should you book within that 1 week cancellation time period you have a 24hr cooling off period from the time of booking in which to cancel in writing.
