An overnight stay isn’t just about where a dog sleeps. Their daytime experience matters too.

Our hotel is based alongside Creedons Doggie Daycare, with access to appropriate supervised activities and enrichment for eligible guests.

Some dogs enjoy social interactions, while others need more individual space or rest. Activities should always reflect the dog’s needs and suitability.

Everything you need to know

Dog Hotel Cork — Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about overnight dog boarding, rooms, membership, bookings and preparing for your dog’s stay.

Where can I find overnight dog boarding in Cork?

Creedons Dog Care offers an indoor, bedroom-style Dog Hotel in Cork for approved members. Our accommodation is designed to provide familiar comforts, alongside appropriate daytime care.

Is Creedons Dog Hotel members-only?

Yes. Hotel boarding is for active daycare members who have attended at least two full daycare days in the six weeks before their stay, and have completed the relevant suitability requirements. New customers should contact us before attempting to book an overnight stay.

How do I become a hotel member?

Contact the Creedons team with details about your dog, including age, health, temperament, experience around other dogs and previous boarding arrangements. We can explain the current assessment and approval process.

Enquire about membership.

Can a new customer book straight into the hotel?

Not automatically. Membership approval and suitability are required before a hotel stay can be confirmed.

Is the Dog Hotel the same as traditional kennels?

Our existing Hotel accommodation uses cosy indoor, bedroom-style rooms with furnishings, relaxing music and other homely details, rather than presenting a conventional bare kennel environment.

What do the dog hotel rooms look like?

Our existing accommodation includes household-style sleeping spaces, beds, bedside furniture and warm indoor rooms. You can see photos in our hotel gallery above.

Specific furnishings and room assignments are subject to current arrangements and availability.

Does my dog get their own sleeping space?

Our Hotel offers separate bedroom-style accommodation. The suitable sleeping arrangement for your dog, including any shared accommodation with dogs from the same household, should be confirmed with the team before booking.

What will my dog do during the day?

Our hotel operates alongside our daycare facility. Eligible dogs can take part in appropriate daytime care, activities and enrichment according to their individual suitability and needs.

Does every hotel guest join group daycare?

No. Whether group activities are suitable depends on the dog’s temperament, previous experience and the team’s assessment. We do not assume that every dog should participate in group play.

Will I receive photos or updates?

Our existing Hotel service includes owner updates, photos and videos. Please confirm the current update arrangements and frequency when booking.

Can I bring my dog’s bed or blanket?

Familiar bedding and other safe belongings may help some dogs settle. Please discuss what you would like to bring with the team, as items need to be appropriate for the dog and accommodation.

Can I bring my dog’s own food?

Please discuss food arrangements with our team before the stay, including portions, feeding instructions, allergies and any specific dietary requirements.

Can puppies stay at Creedons Dog Hotel?

Suitability depends on the puppy’s age, health, independence, individual needs and the current hotel admission requirements. Please contact us before arranging boarding for a young puppy.

Can two dogs from the same family stay together?

Please tell us if you have two or more dogs and whether they normally sleep together. We can confirm appropriate accommodation options and the correct booking arrangements.

Can a nervous dog stay at the hotel?

Every dog is assessed individually. Some nervous dogs may settle with appropriate preparation, while others may find unfamiliar boarding environments difficult. Our team will discuss suitability rather than guaranteeing acceptance.

What vaccinations does my dog need?

Dogs must meet the current health and vaccination requirements applicable to their booking. Contact our team for the exact requirements and acceptable records before your stay.

Can a dog stay if they need medication?

Please disclose all medications, health conditions and care requirements before booking. Whether we can accommodate them depends on the individual needs and our team’s current capacity to provide safe care.

How much does dog boarding cost in Cork at Creedons?

Hotel booking options are organised by dog size and length of stay. Use our Hotel booking selector to choose your dog size, number of dogs and nights, then see current prices and dates in SimplyBook.

View hotel prices and available dates.

What times can I drop off and collect my dog?

Please follow the check-in and collection instructions provided for your confirmed booking. Contact our team if you need to discuss a particular arrival or collection time.

Can I visit the hotel before booking?

Contact the team to ask about any available introduction or viewing arrangements. Visits may need to be scheduled to minimise disruption to dogs already in our care.

How far ahead should I book?

We recommend checking availability as early as possible, particularly for school holidays and popular travel periods. Membership approval needs to be arranged before a new dog’s first confirmed stay.

Can I book multiple nights at once?

Yes. Our booking system includes hotel services for different lengths of stay. Select the appropriate stay length in the booking selector, then choose your check-in date in SimplyBook.

What if my dog doesn’t settle during their stay?

Our team will consider the dog’s welfare and the support available. If a dog is unable to cope comfortably or safely, we may need to discuss an alternative arrangement or early collection.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Hotel stays are subject to the booking, payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms presented when making the reservation. Please review those terms before confirming your stay.
