Dog School — specific cancellation and missed-day terms

Dog School is a fixed 10-day programme beginning on Day 1. Please request cancellation in writing at least 14 calendar days before Day 1. Cancellations made within 14 days before commencement are normally non-refundable because the place, trainer time and daycare capacity are reserved. Once the programme begins, missed individual days cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for other services under the standard programme terms. These conditions are subject to applicable statutory consumer rights, including any mandatory cancellation rights.

General service policy

Please note –

All services are fully refundable provided the client cancel, in writing, no less than 1 week prior to commencement date.

After this 1 week cut off date all services are non refundable and non transferrable.

Please note, if booking a class with multiple sessions, the cancellation must be made 1 week prior to the initial class to allow us time to fill the slot.

 

Should you book within that 1 week cancellation time period you have a 24hr cooling off period from the time of booking in which to cancel in writing.
